Meet Kelsey Wilson – Chiropractic Assistant

As the first face you see when you walk through the doors of Pharaoh Health and Rehab, Kelsey brings heart, focus, and a genuine love for helping others to everything she does. Whether she’s managing the front desk or working one-on-one with patients, Kelsey ensures each visit feels smooth, welcoming, and centered on care.

Her journey into healthcare began during her six years of military service as a Navy Corpsman, where she built a strong foundation in patient care and teamwork. Since then, she’s gained over nine years of experience in the medical field—six of those dedicated to the world of rehabilitation, blending physical therapy and chiropractic care to support healing and wellness.

Kelsey has been part of the Pharaoh Health and Rehab team since opening its doors in 2023. Her favorite part of the job is connecting with patients and helping them feel like the best version of themselves; stronger, healthier, and more empowered.

Outside the clinic, Kelsey enjoys quiet moments curled up with a good book and spending quality time with her husband and their three dogs: Mona, Arlo, and Maisie. Her love for the outdoors—shaped by her upbringing in Colorado—still runs deep, and she makes the most of any chance to get outside and soak up some fresh air.

Meet Elyssa G. Molina, DC

Elyssa G. Molina, DC is a board-certified, licensed chiropractor proudly serving the League City and Houston areas. A native of La Porte, Texas, she earned her BA in Biology with a Spanish concentration from Abilene Christian University in 2020, where she was active in leadership and completed two medical mission trips to South America. She later received her BS in Human Biology and Doctor of Chiropractic from Texas Chiropractic College in December 2023.

From a young age, she knew she wanted to be a doctor; at just three years old, she called herself “Doctor E.G.” and her favorite phrase was “patella kneecap.” Her passion for chiropractic was shaped by her family’s struggles with chronic pain and her own recovery being hit by a drunk driver—experiences that revealed the life-changing power of chiropractic care.

Dr. Molina is Webster Certified through the ICPA. She specializes in family chiropractic care with a focus on women’s health and peri-prenatal support.

She believes in intentional, evidence-based care that prioritizes each patient as a whole person. Her goal is not just to deliver excellent chiropractic services but to ensure every individual feels seen, heard, and genuinely cared for. She doesn’t want patients to feel like just another number—she wants to make a real difference, even if it’s improving just one aspect of someone’s quality of life.
She and her fiancé Andrew live in La Porte with their Shih Tzu Domingo and senior dog Herbert. Outside the clinic, they enjoy bbq-ing, hosting gatherings, cheering on the Astros, and volunteering with St. Mary’s Catholic Church. She proudly comes from a big, loving Mexican-Greek family and jokes that she speaks fluent “Spanglish.”

She looks forward to taking care of you and your family!

Meet Manuela Saravia

Born and raised in Houston, Texas, Manuela grew up with a love for wildlife. Initially taking a path towards animal care and conservation, health aggravations put a stop to this. During this time of reassessment and self reflection, her love of motor and combat sports led her to the discovery of being interested in another science: human anatomy; specifically through sports and rehabilitation. This interest extended so far that she made the decision to pursue a career as a Massage Therapist through San Jacinto College.

During this time, she quickly uncovered the desire to further grow her educational goals and is pursuing a Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy. Her recent academic achievements – named under the Dean’s List and inducted into the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society – is a testament of her willingness and commitment to grow and provide the best possible care for patients.

On her downtime, she still participates in conservation efforts through volunteering and learning about community projects, plans, etc. when going on hikes, camping, and fishing.

Manuela is fluent in English and Spanish, but is planning to learn a third language in hopes of being a vital part to different communities.
