Meet Cole LeJune, DC

Cole Lejune, DC is a board-certified, licensed chiropractor proudly serving the League City and Houston areas. A native of Lota, Louisiana, he earned his BA in Health and Human Performance from McNeese State University. It was there that he began to see the human body as a complex machine where every joint and muscle works in a kinetic chain.

To turn that passion into clinical expertise, He moved to Pasadena, Texas, to attend Texas Chiropractic College. His time there allowed him to bridge the gap between the high-level performance needs of an athlete and the clinical necessity of spinal and joint health.

Dr. Cole

Born and raised in Iota, Louisiana, he learned early on that our bodies are our most valuable tools. Growing up, he was always on the move, participating in basketball, soccer, track and shooting sports. However, it was during his time competing in powerlifting in high school that he really began to push his body to its limits—and eventually ran into some issues.

He began struggling with persistent hip discomfort during squats and a nagging shoulder issue that started to affect his bench press. They weren’t necessarily painful—at most, they were slightly uncomfortable—but they were actively holding him back and stalling his progress. He didn’t seek help at the time because he wasn’t sure who to ask; he didn’t feel “injured” enough to seek treatment, but he knew his mechanics weren’t right. That frustration sparked a deep curiosity, leading him to research and dive headfirst into the world of biomechanics.

Dr. Cole’s Mission:

“I believe that whether you are a competitive powerlifter trying to hit a new PR or a grandparent who wants to pick up their grandkids without discomfort, the principles of biomechanics remain the same. In my practice, I combine the “hustle” I learned on the lifting platform with the evidence-based care I mastered in clinical rotations.”

“Ultimately, I am becoming the professional that the younger version of myself was looking for. I am dedicated to helping my patients understand their own bodies so they can move with confidence, optimize their performance, and live without the limitations of chronic discomfort.”

Meet Amanda Garcia- Licensed Massage Therapist

Amanda Garcia is a licensed massage therapist specializing in functional movement, perinatal bodywork, and evidence-based therapeutic techniques that support long-term musculoskeletal health. She provides targeted, assessment-driven treatments designed to reduce pain, improve mobility, and support the body’s natural healing processes.

With advanced experience in therapeutic soft tissue work, Amanda focuses on addressing the underlying causes of discomfort rather than simply treating symptoms. Her approach blends clinical massage techniques with movement awareness to help patients restore function and maintain lasting results.

As an athlete who regularly runs, swims, and strength trains, Amanda understands firsthand the physical demands placed on the body. This experience informs her work with patients, giving her practical insight into injury prevention, recovery, and balanced conditioning.

Amanda also brings extensive experience in birth assistance and postpartum support, allowing her to provide safe, informed care for expecting and new mothers. Her background gives her a deep understanding of the physical and emotional transitions surrounding pregnancy and recovery.

Outside the clinic, Amanda is a proud mother of four, which further fuels her passion for supporting women, families, and individuals seeking strength, resilience, and restored function.

Through her practice, Amanda is dedicated to providing personalized, high-quality care that helps patients move better, feel stronger, and live healthier lives.
