Holistic Chiropractic Solutions

Chiropractic Adjustments

Our team of trained and licensed professionals applies controlled force to joints using a variety of techniques, aiming to improve your range of motion, relieve pain, and enhance physical function.

Sports Injury Treatment

We understand the physical demands that sports can place on your body. Our sports injury treatment focuses not only on pain relief, but also on educating our patients to prevent future injuries. Some of our most popular sports injury treatments include deep tissue massage, spinal adjustments, and physical rehabilitation. Our aim is to enable you to get back out on the field and enjoy your chosen activities without the hindrance of pain or discomfort.

Enhanced Sports Performance

Chiropractic care involves the use of natural and effective treatments to optimize the body’s function. When performing a sport your body needs to function and perform in ways a normal body can't. We at Pharaoh Health and Rehab strive to help you achieve that higher level of function by focusing on what's holding you and your body back from reaching those record-breaking goals. Creating a custom-tailored treatment/regimen specific to you and the sport you play. Let us help you achieve your goals at Pharaoh Health and Rehab.

Myofascial Decompression / Cupping Therapy

Myofascial Decompression (MFD) or cupping, as it is more commonly referred to. This technique is a form of soft tissue work used to improve fascial mobility and neuromuscular re-education. With evidence dating back to Ancient Egyptian Medicine where the technique was called, Hijama, cupping has been proven effective in treating a variety of conditions.

Innovative Sports Medicine Practices

Soft Tissue Manual Therapy

Our manual therapy sessions involve hands-on interventions designed to improve range of motion, mobilize soft tissue or joints, reduce swelling or inflammation, and prevent impairment in body functions. At Pharaoh Health and Rehab we utilize Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM), also known as scraping, in conjunction with the above method.

Physical Rehabilitation

Our physical rehabilitation services go beyond pain relief. We aim to identify and address the root cause of your injury through rehabilitation exercises and provide education on injury prevention, fostering your overall health and fitness. At Pharaoh Health and Rehab we create custom-made rehabilitation exercise plans that are tailored to our patient’s specific needs. This speeds recovery so they can resume the activities they enjoy.

Taping

Taping is done to prevent painful movements that would otherwise hinder a person’s activity, athletic or not. Taping can also help to decrease swelling, increase muscle awareness, enhance or diminish muscle contraction, or simply relieve stress from an overworked joint. Taping is used during rehabilitative exercises to facilitate a faster recovery.

Dry Needling

If you suffer from chronic pain and stiffness, the underlying cause may involve tight muscle knots known as trigger points. These trigger points are commonly associated with many kinds of discomfort. Fortunately, you can find relief from these issues with the aid of a healing technique called dry needling. Originating in Western medicine, dry needling is a safe and effective version of acupuncture. Our chiropractic team at Pharaoh Health and Rehab offers dry needling alongside our other non-surgical treatments to help you regain your former quality of life.

Electrical Stimulation

Electrical Stimulation (E-Stim) is a therapy for both muscle and nerve recovery. It functions by sending mild electrical signals into the body to cause repeated muscle contractions. These muscle contractions improve blood flow to the target area, speeding the repair of injured muscles and nerves. When performed in conjunction with dry needling, the benefits of Electrical Stimulation are further enhanced.

Functional Movement Screen

This tool allows us to evaluate a person’s seven fundamental movement patterns. The Functional Movement Screen’s (FMS) intended use is not for diagnosing a person’s musculoskeletal problems, but instead to highlight the areas in which an otherwise healthy individual may have opportunity for improvement.

Shockwave Therapy

At Pharaoh Health and Rehab, we believe in pursuing new and exciting technologies for the treatment of physical pain, stiffness, and injury. One such technology is shockwave therapy (sometimes called shock wave or pressure wave therapy). Shockwave therapy is used to accelerate the body’s natural healing of both acute and chronic conditions. During treatment, acoustic waves are transmitted into a person’s injured tissues in order to release trigger points, reduce pain, reduce inflammation, and increase blood flow to repair damaged tissue.
